1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the HeyPay website, app at app.heypayfi.xyz, or browser extension, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use HeyPay.
2Use of the Service
You agree to use HeyPay lawfully and only for its intended purpose — paying QRPH merchants from your Stellar balance, or receiving QRPH payments as a merchant. You must not:
- Infringe on the rights of any third party.
- Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or another user's wallet.
- Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or business.
- Scrape, index, or extract data from the service without our written consent.
- Use HeyPay to facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, or any unlawful transaction.
3The Service
HeyPay provides a custodial bridge between your Stellar (XLM) balance and QRPH merchant payments. You may prefund a custodial Stellar wallet, scan or upload a QRPH code, receive a live XLM→PHP quote, and confirm a payment. HeyPay then moves XLM on the Stellar network, sells it for PHP via our payment-rail partner, and pays out PHP to the merchant's registered bank account. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time.
Status: HeyPay is currently in active development as a demo/MVP. Some flows operate in a mock mode without real money movement. Real-money settlement depends on the configured payment rail and is not guaranteed in all regions.
4Your Wallet and Your Responsibility
Your HeyPay account is associated with a custodial Stellar wallet we hold on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Because on-chain Stellar transactions are irreversible, you are responsible for confirming the correct merchant and amount before approving a payment. We are not liable for payments you authorize in error.
5Intellectual Property
All content on HeyPay — including text, graphics, the HeyPay logo, software, and the design of the app — belongs to Artisam Labs or its licensors. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or derivative works require our prior written consent.
6User Submissions
When you submit information to HeyPay — such as a QRPH code, a business name, or a bank account number — you confirm that you own or are authorized to provide that information and that it does not violate any third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to use that information solely to operate the service for you.
7Blockchain and Crypto Disclaimer
Blockchain-based activities carry inherent risks, including network congestion, market volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and the irreversibility of on-chain transactions. The value of XLM relative to PHP fluctuates; the live rate shown at confirmation is locked only for the duration of its time-to-live (TTL). HeyPay is a payment tool, not investment advice, and we do not guarantee any exchange rate, profit, or outcome. Never spend more than you can afford to lose.
8Third-Party Services
HeyPay relies on third-party infrastructure, including the Stellar network, our payment-rail partner (PDAX), banks, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third parties, nor for any external sites linked from our service.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyPay and Artisam Labs are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any loss of funds due to blockchain volatility, third-party failures, or transactions you authorized. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid through HeyPay in connection with that claim.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HeyPay and Artisam Labs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of HeyPay after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
